GRETNA—Midland Funding claims that a Jefferson Parish resident owes it more than $5,000.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on Feb. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Sharoy Williams, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages of $5,917.23.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
