NEW ORLEANS – A plumbing company claims that it is owed more than $2,000 from a customer in Orleans Parish.
Woods Plumbing Services Inc. filed a lawsuit on Feb. 16 against Iris Development LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages claiming that the defendant was negligent and failed to pay off the balance of $2,500.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Robert S. Abdaliah in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Rachael Johnson.
