Capital One files court action seeking more than $2,100

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking over $2,100 for an open account.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Feb. 8 against Kristan Parker in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,138.98, claiming that the defendant was negligent in failing to pay.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 779241.
