GRETNA – Capital One claims that a customer failed to pay off more than $4,400.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Jan. 8 against Mauricio Cordoba in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $4,469.83 plus interest claiming that the defendant was negligent to pay.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
