GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages for an open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit Jan. 8 against Tykie L. Brue in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $5,063.97, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying the balance due.
