GRETNA — A company claims that it is contractually owed more than $67,000.
Amko Fence-Kenner LLC filed a suit on Feb. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against the Gray Casualty and Surety Company, Gray & Company Inc. and C.D.W. Services LLC, alleging breach of contract and sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place in 2016 when their contract allegedly was terminated without the plaintiff being paid. The plaintiff is seeking $67,328.06 in damages plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Brett P. Fenasci of Kean Miller LLP in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
