GRETNA – Capital One claims it is owed over $1,800 from a customer.
Capital One Bank filed a suit Feb. 23 against Jason M. Barth in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,884.92 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay what was owed.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
