GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for an open account of more than $2,600.
Capital One Bank filed a suit Feb. 23 against Ricard A. Laux in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the amount of $2,646.96 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
