GRETNA – Capital One is seeking over $2,900 on an open account.
Capital One Bank filed a suit Feb. 23 against Felipe J. Salguero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,922,76.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
