GRETNA – A funding company is seeking over $2,900.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit Jan. 19 against Jewel Cancienne in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,967.51 plus interest, claiming that the defendant is indebted.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorney LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
