GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $4,500.
Capital One Bank filed a suit Jan. 19 against Edwin D. Guirovich in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $4,530.28 plus interest in open account.
The defendant is accused of open account.
