GRETNA – A woman is being sued for failing to pay sums due.
Credit Brokers LLC filed a suit January 19 against Chelsie Lane in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,609.93 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
