GRETNA – An LLC is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of more than $24,000.
Titans Industry LLC filed a suit Jan. 19 against Jefferson Parish, Ashley Savarino Unlimited Construction LLC, and Westchester Fire Insurance Co. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages in the balance of $24,474.97, claiming that the defendants failed to pay the plaintiff for work completed.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Ellen Barrett Artopoeus LLC in Metairie.
