GRETNA – A woman claims that she fell in a Winn-Dixie.
Kutina L. Brooks filed a suit March 2 against Southern Cleaning Service Inc., Hallmark Specialty Insurance Co. and Winn-Dixie Montgomery LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident which took place on March 11, 2017 at the Winn-Dixie in Metairie. The suit states that the plaintiff was caused to slip and fall due to wetness on the ground.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by James Guest in Kenner.
