GRETNA – The Parish of Jefferson is seeking more than $76,000.
The Parish of Jefferson filed a suit March 5 against Lenny Adams, Minh Nguyen and Lauren Brennan in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $76,461.30, claiming that the defendants failed to pay what they owed.
The defendants are accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by W. Reed Smith in Jefferson.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
