GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $2,600
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit March 5 against Ashley Padilla in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,625.33 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
