GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $1,300 in open accounts.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit March 6 against Renee Jackson in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account in the balance of $1,337.49, claiming that the defendant failed to pay what was owed.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
