GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $32,000.
Deville Asset Management Ltd. filed a suit March 6 against Jacqueline Hubbard and Tiffany Figuero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $32,490, claiming that the defendant failed to pay the balance.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
