GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $1,600 in sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit March 6 against Richard Mills in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $1,686.81 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
