GRETNA – A community college is seeking more than $1,000 on an open account.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a suit March 6 against Linzy M. Gallon in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,050, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying the balance off.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Amy Richards of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
