GRETNA — A man claims that he was injured in a car accident.
Ryan Frazier filed a suit on March 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Travis Perry, EAN Holdings LLC d/b/a National Car Rental and Phillips 66 Company, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on March 19, 2017. The suit claims that the defendant, who allegedly was driving a car owned by EAN Holdings LLC, struck the plaintiff's car, allegedly resulting in damages and injuries.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Pierre F. Gaudin in Gretna.
