NEW ORLEANS – The University of New Orleans is seeking more than $3,000 from a former student.

University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through the University of New Orleans filed a lawsuit January 3 against Terry Lee Gallodoro in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages in the balance of $3,142.54 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay his tuition. 

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Amy D. Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
