GRETNA – A woman claims that she was injured when she slipped and fell at the In Town Suites-New Orleans/Harvey.
Julie Edwards filed a suit on March 9 against Sof-IX US Holding LP and Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on April 23, 2017 when the plaintiff was caused to slip and fall due to water being left on the ground at the In Town Suites-New Orleans/Harvey.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Robert J. Calunda in Metairie.
