A woman is seeking damages after allegedly slipping and falling at Clearview Mall

GRETNA — A woman claims that she was injured when she allegedly slipped and fell at a mall.

Kina O'Neal filed a suit on March 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Associated Building Services LLC, Rockhill Insurance Company and Richards Clearview d/b/a Clearview Mall, alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on April 8 when she allegedly was on the defendants' property. The suit claims that she was caused to slip and fall due to melted ice cream that was allegedly on the floor.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Matthew R. Fransen of the Colvin Law Firm in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 781595.
