GRETNA — A funding company claims that it is owed more than $1,500.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on March 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Tyrone Williams, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $1,574.71 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off his account's balance.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
