GRETNA — A funding company is seeking more than $2,900.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on March 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Karen Williams, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $2,925.37 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off her balance.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
