A woman is seeking damages after allegedly falling at a Dollar Tree store

GRETNA — A woman is seeking damages after she allegedly fell at a Dollar Tree store.

Danielle Crandle filed a suit on March 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Dollar Tree Stores Inc., alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that she was injured on March 15, 2017 when she allegedly tripped and fell on a raised doorsill.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael D. Riley in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 781550.
