GRETNA – A funding company claims that a man owes more than $2,600.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit March 13 against Torrel Bridges in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant owes $2,688.75 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.
