GRETNA – A man is seeking damages after he was injured in a bathroom fall.
Harry A. Parker filed a suit March 16 against Mai TL Inc., dba Baymont Inn & Suites, Wyndham Hotel Group LLC, AB Insurance Co. and CD Insurance Co. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on June 10, 2017 when he was at the Baymont in Marrero. The plaintiff was in the shower when he was caused to slip and fall, striking his head on the toilet tank on his way down.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Raymond Burkart Jr in Covington.
