GRETNA – A university is seeking more than $3,500 in sums due.
University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through Southeastern Louisiana University filed a suit March 12 against Jonas Christopher Hall, aka Jonas Christopher Hall II, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $3,560 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Amy Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
