Financial company is seeking more than $42,000

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $42,000.

Prestige Financial Services Inc. filed a suit March 12 against Angela Boudreaux in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $42,369.12 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bourdeau in Lafayette.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 781490.
