Real estate agent claims she was unlawfully removed from property listing

NEW ORLEANS – A woman is seeking damages, claiming she was removed from a real estate listing without being informed.

Janis Groetsch filed a lawsuit March 5 against Eric Gilberti in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place in 2017. The defendant allegedly removed the plaintiff as a co-agent on the listing of a property

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Marc Frischhertz of Frischhertz, Poulliard, Frischhertz & Impastato LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney Cates IV.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-2115.
