Man seeks compensation for injury on work site

NEW ORLEANS – A man claims that he was injured at a work site.

Cordus E. Bailey III filed a lawsuit March 8 against Mandeville Partnership 698 LLC, a Luxury Transportation LLC, Carl Revel, and Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance Co. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on May 29, 2017. The plaintiff was clearing copper wire from the defendant's property when the plaintiff was caused to fall a full story due to an allegedly defective situation.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Joseph Bruno Sr. of Bruno & Bruno LLP in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel Julien.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 2018-2286.
