GRETNA – An LLC is seeking more than $1,400 in sums due.
Cach LLC filed a suit March 18 against Deidre Toliver in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $1,496.29 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying the balance due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
