GRETNA – An LLC is seeking damages for sums due, claiming that a customer failed to pay more than $45,000.
Security Credit Services LLC filed a suit March 20 against Harold McNair in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for more than $45,568.08 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay Carmax the agreed upon price for a vehicle.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
