GRETNA — A woman is seeking damages for an injury that she allegedly sustained at an apartment.
Kimberleigh Steger filed a suit on March 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Arthur Buuck Jr. and Alice Buuck, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff allegedly was a guest at a property that was managed by the defendant when she allegedly fell and suffered injuries.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Christine L. Desue in Metairie.
