A woman is seeking damages after she allegedly slipped and fell

NEW ORLEANS — A woman claims that she was injured when she allegedly slipped and fell.

Penelope Tyler filed a lawsuit on March 23 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Jack Bosch and Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Company, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on Dec. 22 when she allegedly slipped and fell on a slippery substance that allegedly had been left on the ground at Bosch's home.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Vincent E. Odom of Capitelli & Wicker in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
