GRETNA — A man claims that he was injured in a car accident.
Frank Buescher filed a suit on Jan. 25 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Robert Rayford, Labiche Plumbing Inc. and United Fire & Indemnity Company, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on Jan. 30, 2017 when he allegedly was driving and Rayford was allegedly working within the scope of his employment with Labiche Plumbing Inc. The suit claims that the Rayford struck the plaintiff's vehicle because he allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Richard P. Voorhies III of the Voorhies Law Firm in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
