Jefferson Sprinkler Inc. is seeking damages after it allegedly overpaid an employee

GRETNA — A company is seeking damages after it allegedly overpaid its employee.

Jefferson Sprinkler Inc. filed a suit on April 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Randy Guillory, alleging breach of contract.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant was overpaid by 15 percent and has failed to pay the money back.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Thomas J. Cortazzo in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 782357.
