NEW ORLEANS – A woman claims her music producer failed to complete work in a timely manner.
Diedra Meredith filed a lawsuit April 5 against I Am Music LLCC and Amos Singleton in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place in September 2017. The suit states the defendant had agreed to help the plaintiff produce an album in a timely manner and failed to complete the necessary work in the time allotted.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Richard Bullock.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper Griffin.
