American Express is seeking more than $4,300 in sums due

GRETNA – American Express claims it is owed more than $4,300.

American Express National Bank filed a suit April 10 against Ford Dieth in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid account in the balance of $4,305.78 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff what he owes.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gilbert Gonzalez of The DeGrasse Law Firm PC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymon Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 782580.
