NEW ORLEANS — A company is seeking more than $8,000 that it claims is due on an open account.
Rob's Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. filed a lawsuit on April 6 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Nelson Clayton Home LLC, Charlotte Legarde Bickerton and Dean A. Bickerton, alleging an open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking $8,631, claiming that the defendants failed to pay what they owed.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Sean R. Dawson of Stephenson, Chavarri & Lambert LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
