NEW ORLEANS — A trust is seeking more than $50,000.
National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2007-3 filed a lawsuit on April 6 against Courtney M. Vincent and Brenda S. Vincent in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking $50,414.08, plus $10,385.50 in accrued interest and an additional 5 percent in interest from the date of judgment, claiming that the defendants have failed to pay back a loan.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Donald Johnson.
