GRETNA – An electric service company is seeking more than $14,000 in sums due.
Marvin's Electric Service Inc. filed a suit April 19 against Palmisano Contractors LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $14,804.68, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying the balance due for services rendered.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by James Cronvich of Favret, Carriere, Cronvich LLC in New Orleans.
