Triple G Express seeks over $40,000 on open account

GRETNA – A company is seeking damages for an open account of more than $40,000.

Triple G. Express Inc. filed a suit April 20 against USFGIS LLC and Northwest Grains International LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $40,798.75 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay their invoice in a timely manner.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Adam Stumpf of Chehardy, Sherman, Williams, Murray, Recile, Stakelum & Hayes LLP in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
