ABI Trucking LLC accused of negligence after its driver allegedly caused vehicular accident

GRETNA — A man is seeking damages after he allegedly was involved in a vehicular accident.

Michael Flicker filed a suit on April 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Bernard J. Ingram, Ahmad Trench and ABI Trucking LLC, alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on Sept. 12, 2017 when the defendant allegedly merged onto a highway and hit the plaintiff's car, which allegedly caused the plaintiff to sustain injuries.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees's and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Vincent P. Scallan in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 782999.
