Credit union seeks over $26,000 on delinquent account

GRETNA – A credit union is seeking more than $26,000 from a customer.

Navy Federal Credit Union filed a suit April 24 against Erilyn R. Robertson in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying the balance of $26,873.51 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Everette Altdoerffer of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
