GRETNA – A man claims that a tour bus struck his car.
Ariel Cordero filed a suit April 24 against Vincent Troullier; Secure Transportation Co. of Louisiana LLC; Secure Transportation Co. Inc.; and PACE Greater New Orleans in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on April 24, 2017 when the plaintiff was driving his car in Jefferson Parish and the defendant, who driving a tour bus, reportedly crashed into the plaintiff's car.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kevin Riley in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
