GRETNA — A company is seeking more than $1,600 in sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on April 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Curtis Lebouef, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,620.07.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
