GRETNA — Capital One is seeking more than $4,000 in unpaid debt.
Capital One Bank filed a suit on May 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Dayami Rodriguez, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $4,123.87, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
